Position Summary:

Austin Ridge Bible Church is looking for a Men’s Ministry Pastor within its Southwest campus that will fulfill our mission of pursuing people at all costs so they may know Jesus, grow in Him, and serve Him.

• Men’s Ministry
• Equip Classes
• Care Ministry
• Oversight of SW events as assigned

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

MINISTRY

• Build a ministry that will effectively pursue men at all costs
• Create environments to help men come to know Jesus, grow, and serve
• Build and lead a men’s ministry team to carry out our mission
• Create budgets and ministry strategies that support the ministry plan
• Participate in Pastoral duties as determined by Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor
• Opportunity to lead others on our staff
• Opportunity to be in the teaching rotation

PASTORAL

• Assist in the overall spiritual development of Austin Ridge Southwest congregation
• Preach and teach as assigned in a variety of settings
• Develop ministry budgets and strategies
• Participate in other ministry duties as determined by the Lead, Executive & Campus Pastor
