Position Description

The Men’s Ministry Pastor is a strategic leader who is responsible for leading and implementing a creative, visionary, and effective ministry that will introduce men to Christ, grow them in their faith, and equip them for spiritual impact.

Key Competencies and Qualifications:

• Models the qualifications of an elder (1 Tim 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9, 1 Peter 5:1-4)
• Clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a vital, growing, personal relationship with Him
• Lives out the Core Values of ARBC and agrees with our Doctrinal Statement
• Capable team leader who inspires others to join in the pursuit of our mission
• Concerned for those who don’t know Jesus
• Multiplier of people with a love and passion for making disciples
• Strong engaging teacher
• Self-motivated, humble, teachable, and relational
• Works with diligence, integrity, creativity, and energy
• Proven experience in leading an effective men’s ministry
• Seminary degree preferred
