What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate testing services for patients, ensuring accurate and timely testing through documentation review
- Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to facilitate coverage and submissions
- Manage assigned work while meeting production and quality metrics independently
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline order handling and billing processes
- Participate in projects beyond daily responsibilities to enhance customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Fluent in Spanish is preferred
- Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, Internet, and email
