      Job summary

      An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self- motivated, organised, and excellent communicator to join the International Recruitment Team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate in providing high quality learning to our International Nurses.

      The Practice Learning Facilitator/ Pastoral Support (OSCE Trainer) will report to Head of International Recruitment. The post holder will work closely within the team, facilitating learning and development of our Internally educated Nurses and other overseas workforce in partnership with our clinical staff and collaborative partners.

      There will be occasions where you will deliver the Mental Health OSCE Training.

      Main duties of the job

      We are looking for a Mental Health registered nurse with experience of working in Mental Health services. The post holder will be required to demonstrate positive leadership skills, adopt a visible and accessible approach whilst building strong relationships with clinical teams and partner agencies. This will ensure the development and maintenance of positive practice learning environments.

      This role is pivotal in facilitating and co - coordinating Nursing practice learning, including placement capacity, and supporting clinical staff to supervise and assess candidates in accordance with Nursing and Midwifery Council standards.

      Ideally you must have at least 2 years post registration experience in clinical care. In addition, you will need to have excellent communication and presentation skills together with the ability to work well individually and as part of a forward-thinking team.

      Experience in Mental Health OSCE training delivery would be advantageous as you will be expected to deliver Mental Health OSCE training on occasions.

      Candidates must have a driving license and access to car. Public transport is not suitable for this role.
