      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily operations of Outpatient Care Service and Full-Service Partnership programs, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and budget targets
      - Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, addressing performance issues and ensuring proper training and evaluation
      - Collaborate with other managers and departments to monitor staff caseloads and support service delivery expectations
      - Facilitate the hiring, training, and coaching of team members with a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach
      - Ensure adherence to Evidence-Based Practice models and maintain high standards of documentation and outcome measures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or a related field
      - Must be licensed in California as LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or licensed eligible with BBS registration
      - Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience preferred
      - Must become Lanterman-Petris-Short (LPS) trained and certified within the first 90-120 days of employment
      - CA Driver License required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills preferred
      - One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred
      - Knowledge of the public mental health system, particularly Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health
      - Proven interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Teams
