What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide outpatient mental health services to children, adults, couples, and families
- Formulate diagnoses, perform assessments, and draft clinical reports
- Make client referrals for additional support services as needed
- Complete timely documentation using an electronic health records system
- Attend supervision meetings, trainings, and collaborate with colleagues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or Clinical Social Work
- Current associate registration with the BBS and in good standing
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices
- Ability to develop and maintain therapeutic relationships
- Experience conducting telehealth sessions and utilizing technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience working with Autism, ADHD, and LGBTQ+ populations
