Mental Health Therapist / Clinician – 1099 Contract Preferred

Inspire Counseling & Support Center is seeking Contracted (1099) Clinicians to join our caring and collaborative outpatient team. Whether you're building a private caseload or seeking a full-time role with flexibility and purpose, we have space for you to grow.

We offer full-time, part-time, or flexible scheduling with the support of an established mental health organization committed to inspiring brighter and healthier lives.

Full-Time Schedule Options

• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, or

• 4-Day Workweek | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Your Role

• Provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults

• Develop treatment plans and document services in a timely, accurate manner

• Coordinate care with internal staff and external providers

• Engage in supervision and team collaboration when needed

• Must be comfortable and willing to work with children and families

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field

• Licensure or license-eligibility in Massachusetts (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, etc.)

• 1+ year of experience working with individuals with mental health or substance use disorders

• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

• Experience with children and adolescents (preferred or willing to learn)

• CADC certification or interest in obtaining it is a plus
