We are seeking a Behavioral Health Intake Specialist to join our team at our location in Philadelphia, PA 19132.
Earn $60,000-$70,000/year based on education and experience.
Position Details
this role will supervise care coordination staff and ensure effective support for individuals and their families seeking behavioral health urgent care services and follow-up services, including Social Determinants of Health resources. The The Supervisor will oversee the Behavioral Health Urgent Care Clinic (BHUCC) services provided by the case managers, peer engagement specialists, intake specialists, and case management interns. They will ensure the provision of quality care through effective linkages. They will utilize a compassionate and person-centered approach to help individuals navigate multiple systems and ensure continuity of support and services.
