      What will you do? The MEP Coordinator works closely with the Project Execution Manager and the Project Managers to create comprehensive action plans, budgets, and timeframes for projects. The MEP Coordinator supports the Project Manager(s) in gathering equipment, resources, and information to implement upcoming projects. The main duties include maintaining budgets and work schedules, organizing, and participating in meetings and ensuring all deadlines for certain projects are met. The following are additional duties and responsibilities that a project coordinator should be able to do: Participate in project meetings and propose improvements if necessary Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures Liaison with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives Ensure that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves Let us learn about you!
