- Support and participate on broking projects from Mercer (flexible benefits and employee related insurance broking) during 6 months and then broking projects from Marsh (corporate insurance broking) during 6 months as well;
- Give support on the preparation of data, presentations and the collection of information;
- Have a direct exposure to clients from different sectors and sizes;
- Project management support.
- Production of reports/Benchmarks.
- Degree in Management, Economics, Law, HR or similar;
- Good level of English language proficiency (C1 or above) and full Portuguese proficiency;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, mainly PowerPoint and Excel;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Curiosity and learning agility;
- Dynamism, proactivity and flexibility;
- Accountability and ownership.

- Interest in the Insurance field;

We are seeking a talented individuals to join our Broking Graduates Program at Mercer and Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.We are looking for 4 candidates to join our 25/26 edition and have the chance to work for both companies, Mercer and Marsh, exploring different areas and services during a 1 year internship, starting in October 2025.We will count on you to:
