What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review daily selling across all categories and provide insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with Merchandise Planning Associates to prepare buy sheets and order recommendations
- Track SKU performance and market trends to inform inventory direction
- Manage inventory transfer requests and coordinate orders for dropship opportunities
- Partner with the Ecommerce and Sales teams to provide selling and inventory status recaps
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in Merchandise Planning within retail
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong analytical and retail math skills
- Advanced Excel experience
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with NetSuite, PBI, and Toolio
- Familiarity with a multi-category item catalog of 500+ styles
- Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
