What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Foster strong collaboration with design, product development, marketing, and sales teams
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and historical sales data
- Curate a product assortment aligned with business drivers and customer demands
- Establish and optimize pricing strategies
- Monitor and analyze product performance and inventory positions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required, business, merchandising, or retail management focus preferred
- Minimum of 10 years leadership and merchandising experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis
- Proven experience in merchandising, apparel or technical outerwear preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
