      The Merchant GTM team is dedicated to ensuring businesses of all sizes have access to the most powerful and user-friendly payment solutions available. We focus on understanding the unique needs and challenges merchants face and translating them into compelling product positioning, customer-centric messaging, and impactful value propositions for Pay with PayPal, including Braintree, Checkout, and our ever-expanding suite of innovative payment tools.

      Job Description:

      Your way to impact

      As our Go-to-Market Product Marketing Manager for Branded XO, you'll be pivotal in maximizing product adoption and revenue acceleration. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market plans that leverage targeted downstream distribution channels and engage critical stakeholders.

      Your day to day

      In your day to day role you will:

      • Own the product narrative , a rticulate compelling value propositions for merchants, translate product features into customer-centric messaging frameworks, and develop sales collateral and learning agendas to guide sales and marketing teams.

      • Champion the customer voice , a dvocat ing for customer needs and problem statements within the product organization, driving customer-centric product development and roadmap prioritization. Identify and gather customer feedback, effectively "translating" it into actionable insights for product teams.

      • Collaborate cross-functionally , partnering closely with product teams (Checkout, Merchant Platforms), sales, marketing, and risk leadership to ensure seamless product launches and merchant adoption of new branded XO experiences.

      • Be at the forefront of all XO innovation initiatives, contributing to transforming the branded XO landscape.

      • Own and measure the success of go-to-market initiatives, demonstrating a clear impact on product adoption and revenue metrics .

      What do you need to bring

      • Track record of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally within payments or financial services industry.

      • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, and messaging development.

      • Proficiency in creating compelling sales collateral and training materials that empower sales teams to close deals. Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

      • Passion about understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable insights for product development.

      • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills, able to develop and execute data-driven go-to-market plans and pivot.

      • Collaborator extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys building solid relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

      • Familiarity with global markets and the ability to adapt strategies to different cultural contexts is a plus.
