Job Description

- Selling payment solutions services to both new and existing clients through both inbound and outbound communication.
- Qualifying both cold & warm sales leads through making 40 - 50 outbound calls per day.
- Communicating both verbally and in writing with key decision-makers at a variety of levels (Small to Mid-size business owners, CEOs, etc.) to evaluate needs and propose solutions from our payment solution portfolio in a short sales cycle with a high velocity of leads.
- Staying abreast of company's products, solutions and services to aid in product development based on client needs.
- Maintaining a sales pipeline with detailed and accurate electronic records and other administrative duties as required.
- Delivering excellent follow up proactively and on time / as promised to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction both pre and post-sale.
- Operate between multiple software and platforms to deliver the optimal solution based on client needs.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience and/or Bachelor/Associate degree
- Strong telesales ability, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi task and function successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Focused and detail-oriented
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel Good work ethic/positive attitude and easy to get along / work with
- Merchant Services or Banking Industry experience is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish/Chinese/Korean a plus
