Orland Park, IL | Hybrid (2 days onsite: Monday & Tuesday)Compensation & Schedule
• $110,000–$130,000/year + quarterly bonus (10%–17%)
• Full-time, W2
• 100% onsite for first 3 months during training

As an MES Solutions Architect, you’ll lead technical implementations that drive production excellence across North American manufacturing sites. You’ll work closely with global teams to improve operations, integrate systems, and help clients visualize and achieve smart factory goals. This is a growth-driven position with extensive training, high project visibility, and an opportunity to directly impact productivity and cost-efficiency across industries.Key Responsibilities
• Architect and implement MES solutions for complex manufacturing environments
• Conduct client workshops to map current processes, close data gaps, and define Key Performance Indicators
• Lead configuration of modules such as Quality Management, Order Scheduling, and Shop Floor Integration
• Collaborate with international teams to adapt solutions across global operations
• Deliver technical training sessions and support go-lives both onsite and remotely
• Troubleshoot software deployments and contribute to solution customization
• Drive lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiativesMinimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in MES, planning/scheduling, manufacturing or quality engineering
• Strong understanding of production processes, logistics, and ERP system integration
• Hands-on experience implementing or improving Quality Management Systems (e.g. SPC, audits)
• Proficient with data analysis, forecasting, inventory modeling, and KPI tracking
• IT competency across networking, databases, remote access; scripting (C#/JSON/REST) a plus
• Bachelor's degree required
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Willingness to travel (up to 50%)Core Tools & Systems
