      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and execute phone number applications, configurations, and migrations using internal tools and partner portals
      - Ensure messaging program compliance by leading carrier audits and troubleshooting spam blocks
      - Track and resolve phone number lifecycle issues across various channels
      - Investigate and address messaging or deliverability incidents using data analysis tools
      - Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve operational efficiency and minimize data inconsistencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of professional experience conducting data analytics within the technology industry in an operationally focused role
      - Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Technology Management, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with leadership and cross-functional teams
      - Experience partnering with internal teams, including Sales & Finance, Product, or Engineering
      - Excellent data analysis skills and familiarity with tools like Zapier, Looker, Datadog, Excel, or Google Sheets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional experience in the SMS and/or Email Deliverability space
      - Experience working directly with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues using log level information
      - Ability to complete projects independently with minimal supervision
      - Located on the East Coast
