Job Description
- Req#: R2540
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2025. The program will run from May through August, with exact dates flexible based on student availability and business needs.
- The internship will be based at the Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mine in Cripple Creek, CO
- Support day-to-day operations of the metallurgical laboratory and contribute to assigned projects.
- Assist with sample preparation, execution of process tests, data collection and entry, analysis, and report preparation.
- May have the opportunity to cross-train and gain exposure to additional areas within the Metallurgical Department.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or later; majors in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields are preferred.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Solid research and technical writing capabilities.
- Valid work authorization to work in the United States for this position.
- Base Pay $32.71
