      Amazon operates a world-class network of large, technologically advanced fulfillment and distribution warehouses across Europe. The EU Ops Real Estate team is responsible for the sourcing, acquisition and asset management of all facilities in the Amazon Fulfillment and distribution network.

      The successful Transactions Associate will be a key part of the EU Ops Real Estate team (MEU - Middle Europe). This individual must prioritise and multi task the workflow to help co-ordinate property transactions that are part of the Amazon network expansion. The right candidate will be able to perform both transaction co-ordination and project management functions. The candidate will be familiar with working with internal and external stakeholders, as well as outsourced consultant teams.

      Responsibilities:

      - Support the real estate transactions team in managing transaction deal flow, including ensuring that all relevant data and associated documents are tracked and kept updated.
      - Support the real estate transaction team with processing and administration needs.
      - Assist in implementation of a relevant system of metrics to plan, manage, measure and evaluate performance pertaining to the transaction process.
      - Effectively communicate expectations, requirements and status of deals to key business stakeholders – both internal and external.
      - Help coordinate an ever-changing variety of internal initiatives and projects.
      - Closely collaborate with Amazon operations, legal, finance, treasury, tax, due diligence and risk management to help deliver highly successful projects.
      - Coordinate with external partners such as landlords, developers, design professionals and other consultants.

      We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

      Munich, BY, DEU- Bachelor's Degree
      - Fluent in English, German preferred
      - Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, internet applications.



      - Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Planning or related field or equivalent experience
      - Experience in the business world, ideally within real estate operations.
      - High attention to detail.
