      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Determine business areas that pose potential risks to the enterprise
      - Evaluate the impact of proposed risks to the enterprise
      - Monitor and report on information and processes to reduce risk using rigorous analysis
      - Document and report on resolutions and control guidelines
      - Partner with the team to review business strategies and make decisions that drive success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Skilled in governance and compliance, including creating policies and evaluating compliance
      - Ability to analyze data to identify trends or relationships
      - Excellent communication skills
      - Strong influencing skills and ability to resolve conflict
      - Skilled in relationship management and project management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
      - 4 years of directly related multifamily underwriting and credit experience
      - Tableau skills
      - Experience using an eGRC platform such as Risk Works, MetricStream, Archer, etc.
