      Area Sales Manager – Kinetic D2D Sales

      Kinetic by Windstream is expanding our Direct Sales Consumer Channel with the addition of two new Area Sales Managers reporting to the Area Director.

      About the Role:

      As an Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for 5-6 consumer sales teams who sell Kinetic products and services door to door within a defined 3-region territory. Each of your sales teams will be comprised of 12 direct sales reps and a district manager. This position also offers opportunities for growth within the region.

      What You’ll Do:

      · Maintain a budget that is tied to 5-6 sales teams throughout 3 regions.

      · Ensure alignment of the sales strategy within your local operations teams.

      · Strategically, hire, train, and mentor sales managers to lead high performing teams.

      · Perform territory visits for the purpose of observing daily management strategies, observing doorstep presentations and perform continuous sales interaction training.

      · Communicate promotional offers, product/service updates, contractual/compensation changes, and other information to managers/agents in a timely manner.

      · Provide sales support and training for all sales organization.

      · Lead the employment engagement strategy throughout channel.

      Do You Have:

      · Experience leading high performing sales teams in a challenging sales environment.

      · Ability to manage multiple objectives to meet sales targets.

      · Experience managing to a budget and ensuring profitability of your territory.

      · College degree or equivalent and 8+ years professional experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 12+ years professional level equivalent related experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or a combination of education and related professional level experience required.
