- Creative Project Management: Manage all key department projects and campaigns by being the organizational steward behind the creative request process, assignment management, timelines, dependencies, order of operations, stakeholder alignment/approvals, trafficking, and release. Lead cross-functional teams across the organization and our agency partners to ensure flawless execution. Troubleshoot, problem-solve and provide transparency across all project needs and milestones.
- Calendar Management: Support the Creative team with all calendar and meeting management needs, including all project kick-off meetings, agency and partner work sessions, senior management meetings, and offsite workshops.
- Content Studio Alignment: Act as the key liaison between the Content and Creative teams of Team USA Studio. Develop operational processes to increase the efficiency of the day-to-day delivery of creative assets needed to execute on our content publishing calendar. Act as key project manager in driving cross-functional deliveries across the Strategy & Growth division and cross-org with key stakeholders.
- Budget Leadership: Lead the end-to-end management of the department budget from forecasting, invoice processing, contract management and approvals (Agiloft), financial data entry (Intact), and vendor setup. Partner with the Marketing Operations Manager and department Senior Director to facilitate and/or coordinate all financial activities as needed.
- Presentation Creativity: Provide creative leadership and execution for all key department presentations, from senior leadership and board updates to divisional meetings, department offsites, and partner summits.
- Team USA Studio Operations: Support the Senior Director in coordinating department operations across all travel needs in partnership with the Marketing Operations Manager and Events and Logistics team, including room block management, transportation facilitation, and meals. Develop call sheets for key productions and events.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in a creative environment with multiple agency partners
- Experience working with complex budgets and financial processes
- Experience creating intricate marketing decks and presentations
- Strong project management and organizational ability
- Exceptional slides/PowerPoint and presentation development skills
- Strong working knowledge of Monday.com
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solutions-oriented problem solver
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- A self-starter with the energy and enthusiasm to learn and develop
- Appreciation for the Olympic & Paralympic Movement and the power of sport
- 3-5 years experience in a Creative or Marketing Department, with sports, media, entertainment, and/or agency experience a plus
- Standard office equipment
- Office environment in a multi-story building on a multi-building site
- Non-traditional work, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Occasional domestic and international travel
- Regular attendance at work is an essential job function
- This role can work remotely from anywhere within the United States.
- Hiring Pay Range: $62,672 to $68,000 per year.
- This temporary, full-time, exempt position is intended to work 40 hours per week.

The Manager of Creative Operations will coordinate and lead all key department functions such as creative requests, projects, deliverables, approvals management, scheduling, budget management, and presentation development while serving as a key liaison and resource to our agency partners and key stakeholders across the organization. Through the efficient stewardship and organization of the department's process and infrastructure, this role will be core to the success of the Brand and Fan Engagement department by ensuring that all workstreams and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget so that the team can drive its collective goal of driving the growth of Team USA fandom.
