• Responsible for leading facility quality on daily basis;
• Manage for facility and operations compliance to standards / customer requirements;
• Communicate with team members regarding quality to drive continuous improvement;
• Manage measuring and test equipment calibrations;
• Work with team members to develop and implement preventive / corrective actions;
• Perform Product and process audits to ensure compliance to the standard.
• Salary Range: $64,500 - $95,000- Based on experience
• 3+ years’ experience managing a QMS in a related field; or
• Technical training, Non-destructive testing experience or Bachelor’s degree.
• ISO / AAR Quality Management System;
• Machining processes (lathe, boring mill, drill and tap);
• Process auditing;
• Problem solving / Root Cause Analysis;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power point etc.
