What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exemplary customer service to members, providers, and other stakeholders
- Resolve issues and address needs fairly and effectively while demonstrating company values
- Identify new opportunities for process development and implement interventions to address deficiencies
- Assist agents with questions and escalated calls, recognizing trends and engaging leadership with solutions
- Achieve individual performance goals related to call center objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in customer service or related field
- Demonstrated personal responsibility and accountability in meeting attendance and schedule adherence expectations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate effectively with coworkers and management
- Technical expertise to handle elevated calls and assist with training needs of employees
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7-9 years of experience in a related field
- Lean Six Sigma certification or experience preferred
