Primary Purpose The Manager, Pricing & Sales Analytics is an integral part of the Pricing team reporting to the Director Pricing. The team is responsible for generating actionable insights for Senior Management to drive Price and Revenue growth. This role will analyze key performance indicators and subsequently provide guidance to the Sales VPs and other assigned sales groups. Essential Functions Partner with assigned sales groups team to manage Price performance of the USS business Provide assigned sales groups actionable insights to grow topline revenue Develop and maintain a pipeline of Pricing opportunities to generate incremental profit dollars; track and manage progress toward realizing the opportunities Partner with assigned sales groups to identify opportunities to improve performance Lead assessment, analysis, and recommendations of account potential and opportunities to increase market share Communicate analytical findings in a clear, concise manner, using data visualization when appropriate Supports assigned sales groups with rate analysis for use in MSA rate cards, as well as project-specific rates. Creates rate cards for assigned sales groups and as needed participates in discussions directly with customers. Review pricing contractual terms in MSA and contracts. Work closely with Regional VPs, Sales VPs, and assigned sales groups to understand business challenges and opportunities; constantly gather data analytics requirements that support business growth Collaborate closely with other Pricing team members to help drive implementation of key growth initiatives Pricing SME for specific business lines Travel is required, up to 25% Perform other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
