Job Description

- Develop and sustain program governance frameworks that align with Program goals and objectives and support compliance objectives.
- Define program reporting structures and processes, ensuring that program status is accurately reported to program stakeholders.
- Identify and manage governance and reporting risks, ensuring that appropriate mitigation and contingency plans are developed and executed.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between the Program Office, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize team’s performance and adapt for future efforts.
- Collaborate with project managers and team leads to collect and consolidate status updates.
- Work closely with the Risk Management team to identify, assess, and prioritize enterprise risks associated with the ERP transformation and assist in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Regularly review and update risk registers, ensuring that potential issues are proactively addressed.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to governance processes, decisions, and program status to ensure the program complies with audit and external oversight requirements.
- Conduct regular internal reviews to ensure adherence to established governance frameworks and compliance standards.
- Work with internal and external auditors, including external oversight partners to provide necessary documentation and support during audits or program reviews.
- Develop a schedule of required status updates and key governance meetings and work with team members to prepare agendas and meeting materials.
- Ensure meeting notes are completed and approved for all major meetings including extracting actions, risks, decisions, and issues.
- Schedule status reviews with program leadership.
- Ensure transparency by providing timely and accurate information on program status, milestones, and achievements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Generate and deliver regular status reports to provide a holistic view of the program's progress, risks, and issues.
- Maintain Project Workplan including schedule and key deliverables tracker.

Position Summary
As the ERP Governance and Status Manager, you are a key member of the Program Office responsible for establishing and maintaining effective Program governance processes and providing comprehensive status management for a large-scale transformation program. This role requires significant attention to detail with a solid understanding of project management, governance frameworks, status management, and excellent communication skills.
Your main objective is to create value by ensuring that the program adheres to a defined governance process and that key stakeholders are kept informed with the right status updates at the right time.
Your operational tasks involve management of the day-to-day aspects of status and communications, risk and issues, governance frameworks, and maintenance of Program documentation and compliance. In addition, you will have the opportunity to shape leading practices and drive innovation within the team.
You will also contribute to the growth of team members by sharing knowledge and supporting a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
