What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support, coach, and develop team members to deliver high-quality outputs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of industry experience as a software engineer and manager in a SaaS business, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Significant experience leading teams building enterprise features on a multi-tenant SaaS platform at scale
- Proficient in Agile development methodologies and able to address challenges when Agile isn't effective
- Strong understanding of balancing new product shipping with technical debt management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience

- Experience with role-based access, SAML integrations, and feature flag frameworks
- Informed opinions on architecture for systems handling large-scale data
