Job Description
- Req#: DPDHGLOBAL28999ENGLOBALEXTERNALEARCU
- Be responsible for delivering first class training to new and existing staff on best practice, standards and MHE, ensuring all training and records are up to date.
- Implement Behavioural Based Safety (BBS) program and uphold safety standards in line with relevant guidelines and processes to reduce or eliminate health and safety related risks.
- Report and investigate incidents within the work place and respond to or escalate issues of non-compliance to safety regulations and procedures
- Support management team with redeploying resource during the shift in response to changing requirements when required.
- RTITB MHE Instructor licenses for Reach, Counter Balance, PPT, LLOP (essential)
- Previous operations training experience (essential)
- Effectively manages workload independently and takes initiative to uphold and improve standards within the team
- Skilled problem solver with conflict resolution abilities
- Demonstrates a range of communication skills while working closely with a diverse group of colleagues.
