      Pay Rate: £29,000 to £30,000 + 20% Shift premium
      Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
      Shift patterns: Mon-Fri - 40hrs per week - Nights
      Location: Northampton (NN4 9BD)

      DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a MHE Trainer (Nights) to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.

      WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

      Role Purpose:

      • To deliver first class training on site process and procedures to new and existing staff including MHE and Manual Handling
      • To ensure the standard can be adhered to.
      • To ensure current processes established on Work Instructions and trainings on Excellence School.
      • To identify and bring new standards to operation.
      • Implement actions as directed to reduce or eliminate health and safety related risks
      • Ensure the team applies the Safety Standards and relevant guidelines
      • Implement Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) program on a daily basis to confirm behaviors and processes are followed as specified
      • Report and investigate incidents within the work place and respond to or escalate issues of non compliance to safety regulations and procedures

      Requirements:

      • Previous operations training experience - essential
      • Can do, passion and right first time attitude

      • Act independently without direct supervision
      • Intermediate education level
      • Various MHE Instructor licenses (Reach, Counter Balance, PPT)
