      • Support and develop our survey capability for a variety of departmental needs (early life, reactive, tactical, leadership, campaign and so on).
      • Act as the lead on our wider partnerships with Sky Insight and the various operational insight teams to turn our data into more rounded business insight.

      • A customer-centric, flexible, and proactive approach, with the ability to work under the pressures of deadlines.
      • Ability to present data in simple visual and qualitative ways and be able to talk through the data with senior stakeholders and give opinion on what the data is suggesting.
      • Ability to take a business problem and provide an analytical response that helps inform the next action to take.
      • Experience in building tactical and short-term dashboards (using Google Cloud Platform / Looker Studio / Tableau) to support point in time analysis and building longer term, regular reporting, to aid business performance monitoring.
      • An understanding of Sky’s wider business data capability and availability and an ability to tap into this for Comms and Learning’s needs.
