- Perform product and feature analysis across the Microsoft 365 platform and provide recommendations and user guides for the base functionality, available apps and web parts, configuration options and appropriate use that supports our digital strategy
- Provide standard business administration, security, and reporting for performance, usage, and compliance
- Elicit business needs from partners and stakeholders to translate the needs into documented business requirements, including agile use cases and user stories
- Conduct industry, product, and user research in order to come up with re-usable solutions to business problems
- Build and configure sites and automated solutions using a variety of product such as SharePoint, Power Platform, Yammer, Viva, MS Teams, etc.
- Provide end-to-end management of business testing, including test strategies, test cases, scripts, reporting and managing the test plan to timely completion with business partners
- Manage or maintain custom digital solutions and intranet utilities i.e., navigation, search or web templates
- Contribute to the management of the living defect list and exception tracking
- Monitor request queues and provide responses to business partners or route issues for appropriate resolution
- Perform everyday product support and training while providing recommendations to the Service & Support Manager on ways to improve processes through emerging technologies
- 2+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of SharePoint experience
- 1+ years of experience building automated solutions using MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI)
- Ability to analyze business requirements and transform those requirements into business rules
- Experience building and managing sites and workspaces using Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to identify trends and recommend product enhancements
- Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product.
- Experience with user research, user experience and digital usability design
- Experience reviewing sites and digital solutions for web accessibility
- Experience using HTML and high-level understanding of CSS
- Experience with Agile methodology of project delivery
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule in one of the listed job locations
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled

Wells Fargo is seeking a Microsoft 365 Business Administrator and Analyst to help us achieve our digital workplace vision. The role will be part of the Wealth & Investment Management business and focus on employee facing productivity tools. In particular, this individual will perform a wide range of business responsibilities related to the delivery, appropriate use, and support of the Microsoft 365 cloud-first platform.
