      • The ideal candidate for supporting the M365 Collaboration Team will have knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 applications. This individual will be adept at analyzing issues and providing effective solutions to ensure seamless collaboration within the organization. They should have a strong ability to communicate and deliver effective training, empowering team members to utilize M365 tools efficiently. The candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative environment by leveraging their expertise in Microsoft 365 applications and their problem-solving skills. Their proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes and ensuring that all users are well-equipped to maximize the benefits of Microsoft tools.
      • JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
        • Participates in the design, implementation, support, testing, and administration of SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams as well as being adept in new tools and solutions presented by Microsoft. Using industry standard software development techniques, tools and frameworks will support and troubleshoots issues related to current web platforms and websites. Participates in customer education related to website content creation and modification. Participates in implementation of new technologies in support of business processes and objectives.
      • DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
        • Information Services is committed to providing leadership, support and coordination of technology at Samaritan Health Services. The IS Infrastructure department provides a robust, agile and secure IT Infrastructure that supports SHS business objectives. The infrastructure includes, but is not limited to the following services: data network, voice, Windows and Linux server, data center, centralized endpoint management, enterprise operations and automation.
      • EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
        • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a related field) or equivalent experience required.
        • Experience in the following required:
          • Web development, support and/or web administration.
          • Requirements gathering and software development.
          • Object oriented design, design patterns and data structures.
          • Relational databases in a client server environment.
          • Trouble-shooting or supporting business critical applications and processes in a high urgency environment.
        • Experience in the following preferred:
          • MS SharePoint, MS SQL, .NET, PHP, Java and Java Script.
          • An agile development environment.
          • A healthcare environment.
