What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead full D365 Business Central implementation engagements, interacting directly with senior-level client personnel throughout the process
- Provide effective and timely technical support to clients
- Manage multiple clients simultaneously, adhering to aggressive timelines to ensure client satisfaction and implementation profitability
- Collaborate with other consultants to assess client needs, develop innovative solutions spanning different subject matter domains, and implement these solutions to exceed client expectations
- Stay updated on technical trends and issues in ERP products, applying this knowledge to client issues and solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of direct experience with full D365 Business Central implementations
- Enthusiastic about customer service with a passion for improving client satisfaction
- Skilled in troubleshooting implementations and providing support by developing business solutions
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of process manufacturing and experience with process manufacturing ERP
