What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical expertise, direction, and leadership for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects
- Lead the development of CRM solutions that meet project requirements
- Manage day-to-day operations of technical teams and collaborate with project managers on scheduling and risk management
- Ensure compliance with technical design through work product review sessions
- Provide technical support and quality control throughout all stages of the project
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE applications and COTS products
- At least 8 years of experience in .NET development and Microsoft Dynamics CRM development
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Portal Development, and Power Automate
- Experience with SSIS and SSRS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SharePoint and web services
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and GitHub
- Knowledge of automated requirements management tools
- Experience with the Power Platform suite
- Proven client relationship skills and ability to mentor junior resources
