Role Description: ? Develop within D365 CRM system, specifically with C#, JS with Angular JS Framework, XRM Page model, configuration of forms, workflows, Develop Power Apps within D365? Develop Integrations (.NET, SSIS) using Microsofts latest integration API, Web API? Support the deployment of D365 CRM Integration customizations by creating installation procedures and documentation? Strong understanding of integration with external systems, particularly around order, finance orchestration and warehouse management? Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Automate, Flows and others? Microsoft Dynamics 365 having functional understanding on (Sales, Finance and Customer Management modules)? Manage system configurations, customizations, and integrations to support business Processes.? Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 and associated technologies? Willing to work in Shifts and with good understanding of Support Process? Having knowledge on ITIL is very essential with good communication skills Competencies: Digital : Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical
