      Our client is a well-established business with a background in finance and professional services and their goal is to improve their client's success by excelling in transforming the businesses with the highly customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ultimately making the businesses simpler to operate. Also, one of their primary goals is helping businesses grow and acquire new clients, scale up, and expand into the new markets and territories, among others.

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Selling MS Dynamics 365 into Small to Medium businesses in the UK mainly focusing on Financial and Professional Services.
      • The candidate will get involved after Presales and after the solutions have been demonstrated. The role is to fully understand the needs of the customer and develop Dynamics solutions to address these requirements.
      • Leading or participating in design and architecture sessions with key business users, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system.
      • Perform requirements gathering, Business Process Analysis ("Understand where the pain is").
      • Participate in proposal development and presentations to prospective clients.
      • Deliver presentations to all levels of management.
      • Adapt to different end-user learning styles when training, gathering requirements, etc.
      • Create documentation for clients, including presentations and workflows regarding functional and technical requirements, etc.

      Requirements:

      • Hands-on experience in the field of ERP systems (preferably in MS Dynamics D 365 environment)
      • The candidate must have broad Financial background, either selling ERP solutions into financial institutions or some financial qualification/equivalent experience.
      • Both practical and theoretical knowledge of operational methodologies and business processes in commercial operations
      • Experience in building and maintaining trusted and reliable rapport with clients.
      • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees including C-level.
      • A team player with a hands-on approach

      This position will be remote, however, frequent travels to London are expected, so the ideal candidate should be based in or near London metropolitan area.
