Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail / Commerce Functional Consultant
Experience: 6-8 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 Retail / Commerce modules, ensuring customization based on client requirements
2. Analyze client business processes and design optimized solutions using Dynamics 365 Retail / Commerce
3. Create functional design documents, facilitate workshops, and gather business requirements
4. Develop and execute test plans, perform system testing, and ensure solutions meet quality standards
5. Provide training and support to end-users during and after implementation, including documentation and knowledge transfer sessions
6. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide ongoing support
7. Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery and integration
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with Dynamics 365 Retail / Commerce, including multiple full-cycle implementations
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Retail / Commerce modules, such as eCommerce, Inventory Management, Store Commerce, Point of Sale (POS), Omnichannel, and Pricing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business processes into functional specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members
- Certification in Dynamics 365 is preferred (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-340)
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and project engagements
- Experience working in Agile methodologies is a plus
- Familiarity with retail industry standards and best practices is highly desirable
