What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide tier 1 production support for multiple customers, addressing issues like password resets and log ingestion triage
- Assist with onboarding new customers by setting up infrastructure and uploading analytics content
- Collaborate on the development and enhancement of the Sentinel service offering
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding customer discussions and providing technical consultation
- Conduct regular checkpoints and reviews to optimize client environments and ensure security

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in SOC and SIEM, with exposure to both front and back end functionality
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience
- 3+ years of technical role experience in the cybersecurity industry
- Required: CompTIA Security+ certification
- Strong knowledge of network security infrastructure, including SIEM, firewall, and endpoint products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Microsoft (Azure and/or Security) certifications
- Experience with Sentinel SIEM content development
- Technical cybersecurity certifications such as CISM, CISSP, etc.
- Previous experience in a managed services organization
- Exceptional communication skills suitable for engaging with technical and C-level executives
