What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Focus on acquisition sales of Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) and Enterprise Agreements (EA).
- Engage with customers for upcoming Microsoft milestones, including agreement renewals and true-ups.
- Position SHI Corp's professional and managed service offerings based on customer needs and ideal business outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products, licensing strategies, and operational aspects of Microsoft Enterprise Enrollments.
- Build successful internal relationships at SHI Corp and utilize internal systems and processes effectively.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Microsoft product solutions.
- Collaborate with SHI Corp and Microsoft sales teams to sell respective products and solutions.
- Deliver a positive customer experience that is highly regarded in the industry.
- Stay updated on new product technology offerings and Microsoft-specific programs.
- Assist in training SHI Corp Sales on Microsoft products and programs.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Excellent organization, communication, verbal, and written skills.
- Strong growth mindset and commitment to daily improvement.
- Ability to multitask and balance short-term and long-term priorities effectively.
- Analytical skills to anticipate and identify customer problems/needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MS-900 & AZ-900 exams to be achieved within 90 days of hiring.
