      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle pre- and post-award contract actions in support of contracting officers
      - Collaborate with federal government clients on contracting and procurement matters
      - Ensure compliance with Federal regulations, including FAR
      - Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders regarding contract processes
      - Perform additional duties as assigned by management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Federal contracting and procurement
      - Bachelor's degree and possession of FAC-C II or DAWIA certification or equivalent
      - In-depth knowledge of Federal Contracting regulations and procedures
      - Exceptional written and oral communication skills
      - Ability to obtain or retain a Public Trust clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a federal government employee, U.S. military member, or contractor supporting a federal agency
      - Familiarity with various federal contracting software tools and systems
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
      - Knowledge of industry best practices in procurement
