      Provides technical, consultative and administrative services across a broad range of functional disciplines to assist the customer in effectiveness and efficiency of military and/or intelligence-related operations, resources and programs to include planning, resource management, pricing, and financial management.

      Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

      • Assists all-source scientific and technical intelligence (S&TI) analysts to determine characteristics and performance (C&P) of military systems. *

      • Works with Intelligence Production Center (IPC) S&TI analysts, as well as national-level Order of Battle (OB) analysts to properly categorize military equipment within the Modernized Intelligence Database (MIDB). *

      • Researches and works to correct discrepancies between the various databases containing Intelligence Mission Data (IMD). *

      • Provides knowledge and expertise on military equipment to software developers on the IMD team maintaining the Military Equipment Parametrics and Engineering Database (MEPED) and developing the Military Equipment Knowledge System (MEKS).

      • Assists in designing ontological models to represent various items of military equipment, their attributes, relationships, interactions, and dependencies.

      • Develop and deliver technical briefings and reports. *

      Required Experience

      • High School diploma
      • Former military officer, warrant officer, NCO. or other equivalent role within Intelligence Community (IC)
      • Minimum of 15 years related experience
      • Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages
      • TS/SCI security clearance required with the ability to pass a Counter-Intelligence (CI) polygraph within 60 days of hire
      • U.S. Citizenship required

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience working with MIDB, MEPED, and/or IMD highly desired
      • Experience working in the Acquisition Intelligence community highly desired
      • Bachelor's degree
