    • Proven ability to understand, evaluate, and teach Special Education content, processes, and skills aligned with Michigan's curriculum frameworks.
    • Successful experience working with adolescent-aged students with diverse learning needs.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 1 to build positive relationships.
    • A commitment to collaboration and working effectively within a team environment.
    • Experience integrating technology into instruction to enhance learning.
