- Perform MIG welding (minimum 1 year experience required; trade school graduates welcome)
- Cut metal sheets using a plasma table
- Assist with setup, maintenance, and operation of machinery and tools
- Support the assembly and testing of parts and components
- Operate a forklift (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and report issues
- Help manage inventory and organize raw materials and parts
- At least 1 year of MIG welding experience
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
- Basic understanding of machine shop tools and safety protocols
- Experience in a production or general labor environment

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
