Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a MIG Welder, where you will be responsible for welding on galvanized steel to manufacture ladders and frames. This role emphasizes precision and strong welds to ensure durable and reliable products.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on galvanized steel.
• Manufacture ladders and frames using welding techniques.
• Ensure strong and reliable welds without the need for testing.
• Interpret and work from blueprints to complete welding projects.
• Assemble components sourced from different suppliers by welding them together.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding and handling welding steel.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and execute welding tasks accordingly.
• Experience in production style welding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• No certifications or technical degrees are required.
• Demonstrated ability to lay a clean and strong weld bead.

Work Environment

Work in a fabrication shop with spacious and well-equipped welding booths. The environment is designed for production style welding, ensuring you have the space and resources needed to perform your tasks efficiently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
