      Job Title: MIG Welder/Fabricator

      Location: Ocala, Florida (34475)

      Shift: 1st: 6am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday

      Pay: $25/hr

      Job Type: Contract-to-hire

      Position Summary:

      We are seeking a skilled and dependable MIG Welder to join our fabrication team in the manufacturing of dump trailers. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding steel components for trailer manufacturing and a strong attention to detail.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Perform MIG welding on steel trailer frames and components
      • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions
      • Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
      • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
      • Maintain a clean and organized work area
      • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

      Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of MIG welding experience (trailer or heavy equipment welding preferred)
      • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
      • Strong understanding of welding safety practices
      • Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
      • Welding certification a plus

      Work Environment:

      • Non climate controlled work environment
      • Will get dirty and be hot in the summer


      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
