      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, update, and maintain curriculum to support the evolving needs of Navy training programs
      - Counsel students on academic challenges and devise solutions for improvement
      - Operate the DDG 1000 trainer as a Training Supervisor and Exercise Controller
      - Create training and briefing materials for senior leadership and government staff
      - Manage organization and follow-up of technical comments from subject matter experts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active Secret clearance
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 7 years of directly relevant work experience
      - Instructor Qualification (e.g., Navy Instructor NEC)
      - Former Navy Surface Warfare or Navy Training experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master Training Specialist or Afloat Training Specialist certification
      - Prior experience with DDG 1000 highly desired
