      Description

      Shift 9am-7pm
      Starting wage $23.31

      Job Duties and Responsibilities:

      1.Sample all incoming milk and cream trucks.
      2.Unload tanker once approval is given from lab.
      3.CIP (clean in place) tanker and perform manual cleaning as necessary.
      4.CIP (clean in place) raw milk silos and raw milk line circuits as necessary.
      5.Communicate with HTST Operator as required.
      6.Check, fill and clean as necessary CIP day tanks and CIP systems.
      7.Enter necessary data into SAP
      8.Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary.
      9.CIP, load, sample and seal outgoing tankers.
      10.Perform limited maintenance as required.
      11.Follow all DFA GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory quality and sanitation requirements.
      12.erform related duties as required.

      Qualifications

      High school diploma or GED preferred.
      Must have ability to use simple writing and math. Must be able to carry out instructions. Uses direct reading instruments and devices in which interpretation is not required.
      Over three months in a production area of the plant or equivalent is highly preferred.

      Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

      Communication skills. General computer knowledge. Must be able to work all shifts and weekends.
