What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary communication channel for all aftermarket activities related to Voith Paper, including spare part needs and service support
- Manage customer-specific service contracts and provide safety requirements to Field Service Technicians
- Oversee service orders, ensuring they stay within budget and meet customer needs
- Maintain consignment parts inventory and develop spare parts strategies with customers
- Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Paper Technology, or a minimum of five (5) years of paper mill service or maintenance planning experience
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing facilities
- Proficiency in Windows-based programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with SAP CS and strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the paper industry
- Familiarity with the legacy AS400 BPCS system
- Strong customer relations skills and ability to develop effective relationships
- Experience with inventory management and logistics
- Knowledge of the paper mill service environment
