- Dismantled, fitted & assembled machinery and parts
- Executed pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical repairs
- Performed planned maintenance on machinery & equipment
- Fitted, inspected, tested, and repaired MCC, circuits & wiring systems and electrical equipment
- Used, installed, and applied fault finding on programmable logical control circuits (PLC's)
- Installed and commissioned machinery and equipment
- 5 years relevant experience within the manufacturing environment in the FMCG industry
- Trade Tested Millwright
- Bakery experience an advantage
- Able to do standby
- Act as a team leader on adhoc basis
- Corrects electrical systems and equipment malfunctions through testing, adjusting, sequencing, synchronizing and aligns such systems and equipment as AC and DC power supplies/equipments, main power control panels, motors, generators, circuit breakers and relay panels
- Supervisory certificate will be beneficial
- Siemens, Allen Bradely, Mitsubishi
- Understanding and knowledge of TPM
- Knowledge of machine control systems, safety control system and troubleshooting them
- Willing to contribute and dedicated to reducing our environmental footprint
- Able to work with machine shop tools and welders in a safe productive setting
- Ability to read and understand layout drawings and machine part manuals
- Must be able to perform frequent standing, bending, twisting, crawling, kneeling, squatting, climbing, reaching and grasping
- Must be able to work shifts and overtime as required
