Ensure the management and optimization of the mine operation in real time, namely: supervise performance control systems of the mine equipment, ensuring its operation; Control the various variables in the loading, transportation and drilling process; Monitor and control the team's performance indicators; Provide support in the analysis of the geological model and reserve; Ensure the planning of the activities underlying the mining operation, data monitoring and proposals for process improvement.

Job Requirements and Competencies Profile

• Higher Education in Mining Engineering, Geotechnics or Geology;
• Domain of Office tools and software used in mining (Vulcan; Surpac; Autocad; Opit-Blast; ArcGis);
• Fluent in French and/or English;
• Communication;
• Leadership;
• Planning and Organisation;
• Analysis and Problem Solving;
• Mobility availability.
