Job Description

- Manage caseload and support short-term volunteer trip technology to facilitate processes and systems that connect global teams with US churches and partners, providing input to ongoing development, implementation and use of select software.
- Onboard, train and provide ongoing support to US teams, global personnel, churches and partners to utilize short-term trip management systems and processes, providing continual development of resources and processes as needed.
- Partner with leadership and appropriate teams to develop strategies and business processes that facilitate partnership opportunities, providing feedback to support continued enhancements to strategies and processes, as needed.
- Monitor use and feedback of system and processes to address any concerns or requests for assistance, partnering with appropriate teams and business partners to provide resolution.
- Provide insights for strategic direction and development of Partnerships and Pathways Team and serving in other key roles as needed to provide quality and efficient field service and support.
- Engages in all facets of Global Partnerships and Pathways service and support through cross-training with other team members.
- A bachelor's degree, preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a role that combines administrative, sales, and/or account management, relationship-building, and customer engagement is require.
- Advanced technical proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, required.
- Exceptional organization and attention-to-detail skills are required, as the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
- Proven experience working on time-sensitive projects with short delivery times is necessary, as the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure under pressure is essential.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams is critical, as the role requires both self-motivation and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the ability to clearly articulate ideas, negotiate, and influence others is vital to success in this role.
- A demonstrated ability to adapt to changing project requirements, deadlines, and priorities is mandatory, as the role requires flexibility, resilience, and a willingness to pivot in response to evolving business needs.

The Mission Trip Associate will develop, implement, support strategies, processes and systems that facilitate the connection of churches and global personnel for partnership opportunities, through volunteer pathways and programs. This role is instrumental in fulfilling the IMB goal of partnering with churches to empower missionary teams to carry out the Great Commission to make disciples of all nations.
